- Contract Drafting and Review: Craft and review intricate contracts for international sales of goods, adeptly negotiating and amending counterparties' agreements to safeguard our company's interests.
- Document and Contract Management: Maintain an organized contract register, ensuring the confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information. Skillfully complete legal forms with precision and integrity.
- Dispute Resolution: Advocate for the company's interests in courts and international commercial arbitration institutions, preparing comprehensive requests and claims to secure favorable outcomes.
- Legal Research and Risk Assessment: Conduct exhaustive legal research on pertinent laws, regulations, and precedents, providing invaluable support for legal proceedings and strategic decision
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with a strong foundation in legal coursework.
- Extensive familiarity with international trade law, including its terminology, procedures, and principles.
- Proficiency in both written legal English and Russian, ensuring effective communication across diverse contexts.
- Exceptional document management skills, with a knack for organizing and safeguarding sensitive materials.
- Proficiency in utilizing legal research tools to conduct thorough investigations and analyses.
- Preferential consideration for candidates with prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, demonstrating a deep understanding of legal processes and procedures.
