What You’ll Be Doing:- Provide end-to-end HR services with a focus on resolving employee conflicts and fostering positive relations
- Collaborate with the People team to improve HR procedures and ensure employee satisfaction
- Serve as a bridge between New York Office and other locations, addressing HR-related issues
- Advise management on HR best practices and handle reporting and benefits administration
- Implement talent management initiatives while emphasizing relationship building and conflict resolution
- Cultivate strong internal and external relationships, sharing HR best practices
- Document HR procedures and contribute to special projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist
- Ability to travel 2-3 times per month
- Ability to work in our New York office 3-4 times per week
- In-depth understanding of employee lifecycle and HR protocols
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and common practices
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and navigate in a rapidly-changing and fast-paced environment
- Possess an analytical and research-oriented mindset
- Experience with payroll
- Relevant experience in a global high-tech company
- Strong passion for crypto

- The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
