The GTM Sales Operations Senior Associate is a highly visible role within one of the fastest growing brands in consumer internet. The role acts as an advisor to executives in the go-to-market, global sales and operations teams and is responsible for helping crack the most important strategic and operational issues facing the Marketing Solutions business. Our GTM Sales Strategy & Operations team is at the core of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, enabling us on our journey to become the true B2B digital advertising partner that top companies need. As LinkedIn Marketing Solutions continues to grow at a breakneck pace, the strength of our sales team, product and organizational structure must grow with it. This position offers a candidate with consulting, investment banking, finance, sales operations, business operations or analytics experience an exciting and high-profile opportunity to influence the trajectory of a significant portion of LinkedIn’s overall business, interact with LinkedIn’s most senior sales professionals, and transition into an operating role with one of the fastest growing companies on the web.

Responsibilities:

  • · Lead projects with key stakeholders and cross functional partners to make data-driven decisions
  • · Drive large and complex workstreams/parts of workstreams that impact our Enterprise customer base such as innovating new metrics to identify high potential customers and testing new outreach methods (e.g. in-product engagement, marketing channels) as well as building out scalable playbooks across the segment
  • · Be the subject matter expert on Enterprises in LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, and share innovative strategies and insights across Marketing Solutions and LinkedIn to help accelerate other parts of the business
  • · Improve sales capability and effectiveness by delivering management visibility into business performance and ensuring opportunities are managed effectively
  • · Drive management decision-making & program development by deriving analytics and insights from our CRM, Finance and Ad Serving system
  • · Process improvement: gather requirements and project manage changes to our processes and sales technology that result in improvements in sales productivity or efficiency
  • · Establish strong working relationships with business operations, sales management and the systems team to achieve above objectives
  • · Play a vital role in driving our annual strategic planning process through data-driven recommendations in areas such how to restructure teams, and improve productivity
  • · Create and help implement go-to-market strategy for specific markets or the region overall
  • · Drive performance and targets accountability across teams.
  • · Drive a culture of results and focus across teams

 

    Qualifications

    Basic qualifications:

    • 3+ year experience in SQl and Excel
    • 5+ years’ experience within either Sales Ops, Consulting, Banking, Finance, business operations or analytics experience 

    Preferred qualifications:

    • · Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication experience with senior management
    • · Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused environments
    • · 3+ years of experience in operations or sales management or consulting
    • · 3+ years of experience working with sales teams
    • · Experience using and developing reports, metrics and dashboards with salesforce.com, Tableau, SQL or other relevant sales metric tools and programs
    • · Strong project management skills and ability to mobilize cross function teams towards a common goal
    • · Deep interest in analysing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
    • · Able to move seamlessly from big picture thinking to operational tactics
    • · Creative thinker, with an eye for design and meticulous attention to detail
