About The Team:

The Training Supervisor is responsible for designing and conducting the training for Manufacturing Production Training Programs. The Training Supervisor will be responsible for the creation of content and materials.  The Training Supervisor will also be tactically involved in the evaluation of the hiring and disciplinary action of the Technician.

A Day In The Life Of Our Training Supervisor:

• Assess, evaluate and secure funding from relevant government programs.
• Maintain employee records and reports to appropriate government programs for reimbursement.
• Conduct training needs assessment with the management team.
• Map out training plans, design and develop training programs both in-house and outsourced.
• Create, improve and manage course and test development.
• Coordinate with experts regarding instructional design and  coordinate with Manufacturing Director and Manufacturing Engineering regarding instructional content design and delivery.
• Can be called upon if necessary as a Production Supervisor
• Choose appropriate training methods per case (cleanroom, classroom, computer based, on the job training, college classes, monitoring, etc.)
• Create and improve on current training where possible if a failure is identified from the field.
• Create a schedule of trainings to keep up with regulations and internal deadlines as well as integrate with production flow.
• Maintain training software and curriculum databases materials guides and materials.Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
• The Training Supervisor has the ability to provide hands-on training directly on the production floor.
• Assist in developing training plans and programs in-house to identify specific parts for training and gain consensus on job level required to produce particular parts.
• Develop assessments for course and hiring
• The training Supervisor will have the authority to make decisions concerning ongoing training courses. Any larger decisions should involve the Director of Manufacturing
• Exercise judgment in delivering and evaluating training.  Any larger decision will be escalated to the Director of Manufacturing .  Must have the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.

About You:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5 Years minimum production manufacturing experience including scope and system assembly
• Ability to change the thinking or gain acceptance of others
• Excellent organizational skills and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Most assigned tasks for the position involve “Light to Medium Work” as defined below.  The hiring authority may review the applicant's ability based on the specific tasks to be assigned
• Light Work.  Exerting up to 20 pounds

Pay Transparency

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location of the posted role. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed based on candidate experience level and/or specialized skills. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package.
