As the Partnership Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and advancement of one of Wheely's most successful and impactful marketing channels. Operating within the marketing department, your purview will encompass the identification and execution of partnerships and affiliations with esteemed brands and events within the luxury sector.

We are seeking a versatile, dynamic, and ambitious professional adept at orchestrating partnership initiatives within the luxury domain, possessing a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Precision and meticulousness in project management are pivotal aspects of the Partnerships Marketing Manager role. A profound affinity for our product and a keen interest in hospitality, luxury, and transportation are essential, alongside a readiness to embark on a significant career progression. As the brand ambassador, you will embody and champion our core values both internally and externally.

This role presents a distinctive opportunity to merge strategic foresight with hands-on proficiency. You will assume a pivotal role in shaping the Wheely brand's identity in the market and will actively contribute to establishing enduring partnerships with premier brands in the luxury goods and services sector.

What you will be doing:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that align with the company's goals, values, and target audience.
  • Coordinate events, co-branded content, and product integrations with partners.
  • Prepare presentation materials for the successful presentation of the Wheely brand to potential partners.
  • Manage long-term partnerships, including contractual obligations, and relationship maintenance.
  • Monitor partnership performance against established KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging partnership opportunities through market research and trend analysis.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with partnership initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in the same or similar position (e.g.: Client Relations or Partnership or Event manager)
  • Understanding of Wheely’s proposition and luxury market positioning
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in the preparation of materials.
  • Understanding the processes of preparing and implementing partnerships in the luxury market.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to take responsibility from day one, and confident at working on projects independently.
  • Native or fluent English.
