nuuds is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. Reporting directly to the E-Commerce Manager, this entry-level role will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our online business, especially in the realms of content management, catalog maintenance, and operational optimization.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee site catalogs, taking full responsibility for assortment information and product page setup across various platforms.
Execute both scheduled and spontaneous website updates to bolster product introductions, marketing efforts, and unique projects such as special sales and preorders.
Partner with internal teams to accumulate product data, samples, and assets promptly for product release.
Stage, test, and deploy website amendments, including visuals, graphics, and text, in alignment with campaigns, projects, and weekly updates.
Analyze customer interactions to offer insights and feedback to cross-disciplinary teams including marketing, merchandising, design, and operations.
Ensure quality assurance for both desktop and mobile platforms, pinpointing and rectifying potential issues.
Oversee project management and ensure timely and effective delivery of all website content directives.
Lend support for occasional reporting, testing strategies, and unique projects.

Qualifications

Relevant E-Commerce or Retail experience is a bonus.
Familiarity with Shopify and/or Klaviyo is a bonus.
The capacity to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with superior multitasking and prioritization skills.
A proactive approach to task management across different departments.
Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
An organized nature combined with a sharp eye for details.
