Responsibilities:

Assist in the collection and analysis of data to drive our strategic initiatives and enhance business operations.
Contribute to key projects that scale our operations and drive growth, applying innovative solutions and strategies.
Engage with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs, ensuring alignment and facilitating project success.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline workflows.
Lead a small-scale project or initiative, applying academic knowledge to real-world business challenges.
Take charge of a small-scale project, translating academic knowledge into practical business solutions, and presenting your findings to the team.

Ideal candidate has:

Experience in Product, Consulting, Strategy, Marketing, Customer Success, or similar roles.
A proactive and resourceful approach with a proven "get it done" mentality.
Exceptional attention to detail.
A methodical approach to challenges, including hypothesis testing, planning, data collection, and iterative improvement.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
