Job Description

An opportunity has arisen to join the leading global membership organisation for Talent professionals, at a time of exciting growth and strong market potential.

We are looking for someone who wants to apply their L&D design skills to engage our target audience effectively by creating and managing high-quality content for events, training, consultancy, research, and our resource library.

This role requires curiosity, strong research skills, writing ability, and a passion for producing and curating engaging and informative content that demonstrates our expertise in Talent Management and Development. The Content Specialist will play a key role in pulling together meaningful expert-driven content in a joined-up way, to help drive engagement with members, clients and prospects through our various teams and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a background in HR, with specific experience in L&D and/or Talent Management. They will be expert at creating/curating compelling content and  research. They will enjoy engaging with people to understand their needs and helping them find the right solutions. They should be highly organised and able to translate strategy and a high-level plan into tangible deliverables against which they will then deliver. They should be comfortable working independently and in an entirely remote environment.

Qualifications

Experience of designing learning content and confident technically with Microsoft and Adobe suite to design content in different formats.

Proficient in research and insight generation, and able to distil data or information to identify key trends and convert into digestible reports or content.

Strong written communication and visual design skills.

Confident presenting to others and engaging groups at events (both in person and virtual).
