We are looking for a Bid Manager who is not afraid of taking on large enterprises with a HUMAN, BOLD, INVESTED attitude!  You will hit the ground running to help us get customers engaged and as excited as we are about improving their ROI while improving their experiences at the intersection of value—where customer, employee, and business needs meet.
Due to numerous new business wins, and unprecedented growth of the APAC Sales Team, the APAC Marketing Team is looking to hire a “Proposals Manager” to support all aspects of the RFP / Tender Management process, to help InMoment APAC to achieve its ambitious growth targets. This position will support our APAC team but proposal manager can be based in US.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Work in partnership with Sales Directors to help secure work with new or existing clients
  • Help  SD’s in crafting an impactful, intriguing and compelling story that brings to life InMoment’s ‘win and opportunity’ themes
  • Ensure our proposal aligns to our customer’s challenges and clearly articulates how InMoment will deliver the desired business outcomes.
  • In partnership with our Solution Consultant community you will collaborate on InMoment’s response to Technical Appraisals / Questionnaires, positioning our solution in line with the outcomes that need to be delivered.
  • Effectively communicate our solution’s unique selling position.
  • Responsible for delivering all bids accurately and on-time, project managing all cross functional subject matter experts, such as Sales, Solution Consulting, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Customer Success.
  • Ownership of procurement portal management, such as Ariba.
  • Manage and keep up to date the bid content library, keeping Responsive (formerly RFPio) up to date, accurate and clean for company wide usage.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Bid/ Proposal Management
  • Technology, SaaS and / or CX experience is preferred but not essential.
