Location: UK (remote) or Oslo, Norway (hybrid)

We’re looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to join our dynamic and growing marketing team. This is a new role with scope to make a real impact at a pivotal time in the growth of Xeneta.

Working alongside the Demand Generation Director, the Senior Campaign Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic campaigns that accelerate customer acquisition and drive our revenue goals through awareness, lead generation, nurture and ABM initiatives.

If you’re a big ideas and results-oriented marketer with an understanding of data-driven, omnichannel campaigns, and have experience in B2B/Tech/SaaS companies, we’d love to have a conversation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a portfolio of strategic campaigns designed to engage, nurture and convert prospects into customers and drive cross/up-sell opportunities for our existing customers.
  • Leverage messaging frameworks, brand narrative and other materials to write value-led email, web and ad copy that converts across the buyer’s journey.
  • Coordinate the calendar of campaign activity, managing key stakeholders and ensuring deadlines are met for each stage of projects and campaigns.
  • Participate in market segmentation and go-to-market planning discussions to help define audiences with high engagement, intent and revenue potential.
  • Establish goals and critical metrics for campaigns, constantly testing, reviewing and measuring to optimize effectiveness and contribution to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team, SDRs and the broader sales organization to ensure alignment on campaigns.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend new campaign approaches, channels, tactics and technologies to innovate and scale programs.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5+ years' experience in a campaign-centric role with a proven track record of success in demand generation (ideally within tech/SaaS).
  • A deep understanding of a breadth of marketing campaign approaches, tactics and channels (ABM, inbound/outbound, go-to-market, persona-based, nurture programs, webinars, etc.).
  • Demonstrate experience planning, coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns to a high standard.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting.
  • Demonstrate experience with marketing automation platforms (ideally HubSpot) and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyze data for actionable insights and intelligence.
  • Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, etc.), working with external agencies, vendors, and partners to leverage their expertise.
  • Comfortable sharing ideas and tactfully challenging the status quo.
  • Bonus points if you’re comfortable using design tools to produce basic creative assets (E.g. Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud).
