Location: UK (remote) or Oslo, Norway (hybrid)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic and growing marketing team. This is a new role with scope to make a real impact at a pivotal time in the growth of Xeneta.
Working alongside the Demand Generation Director – and closely with the Campaigns Manager – the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing activity, with particular focus on paid media, SEO/SEM and executing our website strategy.
If you’re a data-driven, results-oriented marketer who loves a good A/B or multivariate test, excels at optimizing paid media performance, thrives in digging into the nitty gritty of Google Analytics and is passionate about implementing the latest digital trends and technologies, we’d love to have you as a key player in shaping our digital presence and driving growth!

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition by developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing strategy.
  • Inform, engage, and motivate key personas through the buying cycle by identifying target audiences, enhancing user journeys and creating result-generating digital campaigns.
  • Plan, implement and manage paid advertising campaigns across core platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, 6sense.
  • Manage the Xeneta website and landing pages (via HubSpot), working closely with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to ensure messaging is accurate and engaging, user journeys are considered, and conversions are optimized in line with commercial objectives.
  • Lead and manage SEO and SEM initiatives to increase organic search visibility, drive relevant web traffic, generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Be the primary Marketing Team point of contact for MarTech tools and platforms including HubSpot, Google Analytics, 6sense, webinar tools, Hotjar and others.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests across digital channels and activity.
  • Track digital marketing performance, manage budget allocation and produce timely, detailed reports on critical metrics to inform lead generation, content creation, web traffic, social media management and other KPIs.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's digital presence and tech stack remains innovative and competitive.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 3 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role with demonstrated experience developing successful paid media campaigns (LinkedIn and Google Ads are a must) and driving SEO/SEM initiatives.
  • Proven track record in identifying target audiences and devising successful digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Experience in managing a website for a B2B company, including optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • A strong grasp of current marketing tools and platforms, including demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms (ideally HubSpot), CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and reporting tools.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, with proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proficient in analyzing data for actionable insights and intelligence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • An appetite to learn and implement new strategies and technologies.
  • You are a proactive team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Comfortable sharing ideas and tactfully challenging the status quo.
  • Can comfortably work both in team situations and autonomously.

  • You have specific experience supporting ABM campaigns.
  • You can demonstrate persuasive copywriting skills.
