Description

As Product Operations Manager you will focus on providing cross-functional visibility and insights needed to develop a winning product strategy. 

What you will be doing

  • Collection and analysis of internal data for monitoring to impact planning and strategy creation.
  • Ensure consistency in product practices, framework, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Facilitating external research, customer interactions, and presentation of results to internal and external stakeholders. You enable faster feedback loops with customers and sharing lessons learned.
  • Analyze cross functional data to identify strategic actions. Discover revenue-driving, churn-reducing insights through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with product managers to develop product health dashboard and to connect business output metrics with product inputs. You understand data and are able extract insights for efficient decision making. 
  • Assist leadership in rolling out new practices across the organization by enabling the product team, monitoring adoption, and continuously improving and adjusting approaches.
  • Ensure cross-functional initiatives are coordinated and released on time, by removing roadblocks and ensuring communication across teams.
  • Interface with all functions in the company (engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance) to ensure availability of data and to share insights and monitoring solutions.
  • Prepare reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for C-level as well as Product team level.
  • Automate data pipelines, analysis, and reporting where feasible.

Your Profile and Experience

  • Strong program management skills, establishing standards, following up on tasks, and collaborating with others.
  • Experience building reports and dashboard using BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Quicksight) to aggregated financial, product, and customer data.
  • Customer-obsession and ability to coordinate and analyze customer interviews and touchpoints across a variety of tools.
  • A positive can-do attitude, can work well both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Biased towards action, constantly pushing towards clarity and delivery. You never hesitate to roll-up your sleeves and tackle tasks hands-on.
  • Confident yet humble – we work as a team, solving challenges together.
  • Fluency in English: oral and written.
