Infrastructure Delivery Manager

Description
You will be part of the technology team, the engine room of the business, providing bespoke systems that give CFC its competitive advantage in this dynamic marketplace. You will be working with a skilled team, focusing on initiatives and opportunities using cloud technologies and CI/CD techniques to make a material impact on profitability and efficiency in the business.About the role
In order to protect and extend our competitive advantage, we are rapidly building a fully cloud native platform, and pushing hard to create tooling that will safely increase our pace of change.To do this, you will work with the platform teams to help us deliver against our strategy. You will manage the roadmap backlogs for two of our delivery teams in the infrastructure and platform development space. You will oversee the process of identifying and prioritising work and provide progress updates on the work needed to deliver against the plan. The key purpose of this role is to help us ensure that we have a coherent, predictable and efficient delivery capability by making sure that everyone knows what’s happening, dependencies between teams are being managed, and stakeholders are informed of progress.
About you
You will have experience in IT infrastructure projects and agile software delivery that has experience with:- A proven track record in project management within fast-paced environments, preferably Agile.
- Experience in IT infrastructure projects and agile software delivery.
- Ability to influence and lead, fostering collaboration across teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
