Description
Are you an experienced Pricing & Analytics professional within Specialty Insurance? Are you looking for an exciting challenge with a company that truly champions innovation and takes new markets head on? Leading the Pricing and Analytics Team within the wider Performance Management Team, you will work closely with the Chief Actuary to provide cutting edge solutions to support the growth and profitability of the business.About the role
You will actively engage with all our underwriting teams, working with them on the technical aspects of pricing models, individual underwriting projects and portfolio optimisation.You will also work collaboratively with other teams within the Performance Management Team, management and across the wider business, you will foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure there is a feedback loop. You will build out and set the strategy for the Pricing and Analytics team to be a key function which helps drive the profitability of CFC.
About you

Well, this is an experienced hire, so we're really keen to learn more about your previous experience in Specialty Pricing, and hearing about how you leverage analytics in doing so. We expect you will be able to talk in-depth about leading high performing teams.We’re looking for driven, self-starters with a strong work ethic, that like working in a collaborative, team-first environment.
