Have you recently left or are due to leave education with an interest in Administration & Finance? CFC are an innovative Insurance company, and a market leader in Cyber. We’re looking for an entry-level professional to join our Finance department. This role offers a rare but fantastic opportunity to support the IBA Operations Team in a highly effective Finance function and obtain a real breadth of experience in a highly profitable fast-growing environment. You will be responsible for supporting the line manager in achieving company objectives for this area of the finance function.About the role
The IBA (Insurance Broking Accounts) function forms part of the Finance team and is responsible for the collection and onward movement of insurance related funds. IBA consists of 30 people and is split into 3 sub teams – Credit Control, IBA Operations and Declarations. This role sits within IBA Ops team who are responsible for collecting insurance premium from our Brokers to ensure, amongst other things, CFC’s cashflow.About you
Given this is an entry level role, we’re not looking for you to have any experience, though we would love to hear about your keen eye for detail and time management skills. We will provide a comprehensive training programme for your to learn and develop in the role. If you have experience using Excel that would also be great, but we can teach that too!Core Values
