As the company continues to expand, we are looking for an individual to join our in-house IT support team in our London office. The successful applicant will have strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to provide technical support and guidance to the business.
Key Responsibilities
Network troubleshooting & Upgrades
Managing Network server, firewall and VPN. Experience with pfSense is a must.
IPSEC VPN configuration, Site to Site vpn configuration.
A minimum of 3 years' successful hands-on experience of working in a technical role
Fault identification and resolution of incidents/requests.
Software implementation and hardware installation
Developing and implementing service improvements
Creating and maintaining change documentation
Manage, monitor and maintain IT infrastructure (On-prem & Cloud)
Active Directory, Security, DNS, DHCP, Virtualisation (Hyper-V)
Monitor computer networks and systems to identify how performance can be improved
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Knowledge of Windows 10
Knowledge of Linux
Good understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace administration.
Hardware Familiarity (Desktop, Laptop, Printers) experience of PC Hardware maintenance and infrastructure awareness.
Good communication skills.
The ability to organise and manage your time effectively.
Experience with Routers / Switches / Windows Server / Active Directory / Linux / AWS / VPN / Office 365.
Experience with Automation will be very advantageous, Bash/Terraform/Ansible but not essential.
