More about the role & team

The Marketing Manager is an experienced B2B marketing leader responsible for attaining the marketing results in terms of lead generation and market awareness for our Performance and Risk Analytics solutions. S/he leads demand generation campaigns and product marketing to drive pipeline and revenue growth and support product launches and sales enablement. Working collaboratively across Product, Sales, Services and Marketing teams and external agencies, the marketing manager leads the marketing strategy and execution for the products to achieve overall business goals. This role reports to the Head of Global Marketing of Confluence. 

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

You will need a minimum 7-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, hands-on experience in multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including all digital and social marketing tactics, paid and organic. You will need experience in FinTech product marketing, selling into the buy-side Investment Management industry. Hands-on experience in using Salesforce and Pardot to track and report on marketing results and ROIExperience in planning and executing Account-Based Marketing. . You may have worked as a ‘Marketing Manager’, ‘Marketing Specialist’, or 'Marketing Assistant’.
