Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00                                                                            

AttainX, Inc. is in search of a highly skilled Program Business Analyst with strong technical and Communication skills to support our government client.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and 2+ years’ experience or equivlant background and experience of 6 years or more.
• 2+ years experience supporting Requirements and Data analysis initiatives.

• Prior experience working with organization and management of IT and non IT initiatives.
• Prior experience with Feasibility analysis, designing and implementing business, and change control processes.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
• Experience working with large workgroups and coordinating communication between the groups.
• Demonstrated experience with SQL, Databases, and designing Management Information Reports.
• Must have attention to detail with an ability to operate effectively across multiple priorities.Demonstrate experience to deliver technology solutions in a fast-paced in a deadline-driven enterprise environment.
• Self-starter, highly motivated individual who adapts to a dynamic work environment

 Duties:

The Business/Programmer Analyst is responsible for providing business, systems and data analysis support. 

Job duties include:

• Business Analyst will work closely with business owners to understand business processes, workflows, and their relationships to current and future software operations.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and document them for stakeholder review and approval.
• Lead analysis efforts by meeting program stakeholders and providing BA recommendations.
• Conduct gap analysis and lead business process reengineering. 
• Work with DBA in organizing existing datasets into an easily importable format.
• Conduct validation to ensure submitted data is accurate and useful. Work with DBA to resolve any issues. 
• Ability to elicit and document business requirements, system requirements, and implement quality solutions.
• This role will need to utilize multiple techniques to elicit, document and validate the requirements with all stakeholders.

Salary Information: 

US market data $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 wage range. You will receive a competitive total rewards package that is applicable to the U.S. only. The salary range may vary based on experience, skillset, and geographical location.
