Job Title: Sr. Quality Assurance Test
Location: Local Remote (DC/Maryland/Virginia - Must be willing to go on-site for meetings as required)

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00
AttainX, Inc. is an experienced and detailed-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be response for leading and executing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The Senior QA tester will play a critical role in identifying and addressing defects, improving testing processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual and automated testing.
- Certifications a plus (i.e. Certified Agile Tester (CAT), Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA).
- FEMA background and experience highly preferred.
- U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain public trust.
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in test planning, test case design, and test execution across multiple platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
- Experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, or similar.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and QA best practices.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing techniques.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure).
- Ability to analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, and prioritize testing activities accordingly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
- Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects, validate functionality, and ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide feedback on design, and identify testing dependencies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and sanity testing to validate software changes and releases.
- Monitor and track defects using bug tracking tools, prioritize issues based on severity and impact, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy and help drive initiatives to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Salary Information:
US market data $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 wage range. You will receive a competitive total rewards package that is applicable to the U.S. only. The salary range may vary based on experience, skillset, and geographical location.
