Senior Estate Agent - Residential Sales

Canary Wharf, East London

Starting salary up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience

PLUS uncapped commission scheme, OTE in first year approx £35,000 - £40,000 pa

Monday to Thursday; 8:45am to 6.00pm, Friday; 8:45am to 5:00pm, Saturdays (on rota basis); 10:00am to 4:00pm

Requirements

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent with strong negotiation skills to take their next step in their property career. You will be supported by an award winning training program alongside working with experts in their field.

As an Estate Agent, the main responsibility of this role is to help sellers of properties achieve their goals and to provide buyers with exceptional service finding their next property.

Daily activities will include;

• Negotiate the sales of residential properties in sufficient quantity to meet agreed performance targets

• Generate & complete a targeted number of viewings and market appraisals per week
• Convert viewings to offers
• Negotiate offers to complete the deals
• Progress sales through to completion
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service throughout the process

The ideal candidate would have/ be;

• Proven working experience as a Sales Consultant in the property industry for a minimum of 2 years, with a solid record of achieving & exceeding targets is essential

• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and articulate communication skills
• Tenacious and resilient with a drive to succeed
• Pleasant and trustworthy manner
• MS Office familiarity, and IT literate
