Your Role
As a Financial Planning Manager, you'll be at the helm of budget management, forecasting, and financial planning for the entire business.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture aligned with organizational objectives.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, forecasting, and modelling to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Coordinate the budgeting process, working closely with brand teams and department heads.
- Manage quarterly Group forecast processes and operational forecasting.
Cash Flow Forecasting and Banking Compliance:
- Oversee direct and indirect cash flow forecasting, ensuring compliance with banking covenants.
- Collaborate with Treasury and Finance teams to optimize cash management strategies.
Long-Term Financial Planning:
- Coordinate the long-term financial planning process, producing three-statement P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow models.
- Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing for long-term trends and external factors.
Strategic Financial Management:
- Collaborate with senior executives to align financial planning with organizational strategies.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and contribute to the development of long-term financial plans.
Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Produce currency forecasts for foreign exchange hedging.
Your Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proven managerial experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

Our interview process
If you do think you have what it takes - Please apply and if successful you will be asked to:
- Meet with our Group Head of FP&A to go through your experience and what you could bring to the business over a 1 hour teams call.
- If we are right for you and you are right for us then you will be invited into the office to sit down with our Group head of FP&A to delve into your experience further and how you would approach some of the situations you would likely face day to day in the role. At this stage we would also ask for you to work through an exercise on the day with similar tasks you will find yourself working on if successful. You will then spend some time with our chief financial officer or Group Financial Director.
