What you'll be doing
We are seeking a talented, driven CRM Assistant to join the team based in our Manchester office in Ancoats. Reporting into the Senior CRM Executive, your responsibilities will include, supporting and executing the customer Email, SMS and Push Notification plan, ensuring it always meets customer and commercial needs.
Support the CRM team with the delivery of all email, SMS and Push Notification campaigns for boohoo menswear and boohooMAN; from brief to build, to testing and improving campaigns.
Be responsible for the timely production and communication of email campaign briefs, including copy, product selection and creative requirements.
Liaise with Marketing, Trade and Studio teams to ensure the CRM calendar is aligned with brand messaging and capsule drops.
You will be responsible for collating weekly and monthly reports, assisting the CRM Senior Executive with decision making for future strategy.
Support data acquisition campaigns across all boohooMAN territories on both sites and apps.
Creating innovative and engaging content; driving customer acquisition, retention and reactivation. Pushing boundaries and exceeding KPIs and objectives.
Adaptation of campaign plans to suit international markets and grow customer lifetime value.
Conduct ad-hoc research on competitors and send this information to the Senior CRM Executive.
Demonstrate an awareness of all international markets and adapt activity to maximize sales.
