Requirements

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates by building strong searching techniques via a range of different platforms for the technology sector

Working in recruitment is very similar to running your own business, essentially it is running your own business within a business. You will be working with existing clients, generating leads, and winning new clients, sourcing your own candidates, and building your network. It’s a challenging and demanding role, but arguably one of the most lucrative and rewarding!

So what will you be doing…?

• Participating in our in-house Learning and Development training programme
• Business development – Obtaining and developing client relationships and constantly seeking new opportunities in the market for business growth
• Talent acquisition: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Process management: Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle from the first point of contact until completion. Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing and post-placement follow up
• Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping and utilising various databases and social media
• Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news
• Hitting daily targets and KPI's

• Uncapped commission structure, 1st year OTE £30k-£40k, 2nd Year OTE £40k-£45k, 3rd Year OTE £50k-£55k, 4th Year OTE c.£60-100k
