KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a leading property management firm in Dubai, is seeking a driven and experienced Director of Sales to lead and oversee our sales team. As a Director of Sales at Kaizen, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our sales department.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share. You will lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, provide guidance and support, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations to key stakeholders, demonstrating the value and benefits of our products and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in sales management.
• Stay updated with local policies, procedures, and regulations that impact the real estate industry.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Exceptional strategic planning and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and policies.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
