The Role:

DailyPay is seeking an organized, accountable, and enthusiastic Senior Implementation Project Manager to join our growing team. The Senior Implementation Project Manager's role includes initiating, planning, and executing key deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle. This person ensures our strategic projects meet or exceed timeline estimates and client success expectations. The successful candidate will be one who utilizes leadership skills, clear communication, and project management skills to positively influence project teams and overall project success.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Act as a centralized resource, managing implementations from pre-kickoff to post launch
  • Provide strategic alignment and visibility across DailyPay’s portfolio of active implementations
  • Continuously refine project management methodology, best practices, and standards
  • Develop and manage organizational process assets and tools to gain efficiencies across projects
  • Analyze project risks and provide mitigation strategies and recommendations

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and Equivalent Experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including managing multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, critical thinker with the ability to prioritize and flexibility to adjust in an evolving environment
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and technologies
  • Strong client-facing organizational and teamwork skills

Nice to Haves:

  • PMP or additional PM certification(s)
  • Experience with implementation of payroll or timekeeping systems is nice to have

Pay Transparency.  DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
