Support Planner - Preparing For Adulthood at Thurrock Council

Job Descrption

Salary: £31,199 - £35,579 per annum

Grade: D

Permanent Contract

37 Hours per Week 

You will work closely with colleagues in other departments, and agencies to meet the care and support needs, and outcomes for our young adults. 

You will become part of a stable, award-winning team, where we provide the opportunity for you to grow and develop and join a very innovative and supportive service.  

You will need to be an excellent communicator and able to work alongside colleagues in Children Services, Health, Education and Voluntary organisations.
