· Develop and plan merchandising strategies.
· Determine whether product promotions, price reductions, etc. are necessary and implement them.
· Ensure retail staff are well informed on product details and promotions.
· Maintain and track inventory, liaise between customer and company, forecast sales/profits and manage budgets.
· Utilize sales and customer analytics to decide how products should be displayed online to maximize sales.
· Forecast and create stock replenishment for the purchasing team to action.
· Work with purchase coordinators to ensure products used in marketing campaigns are online in time, share product links and work with content team to manage social media schedule based on arrivals.
· Maintain the visual merchandising in the respective categories in the outlet as per the company standards.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelors in business management, marketing or any relevant field.
· 2-3 years of experience as a merchandiser (updated on the latest merchandising trends and best practices).
· Prior work experience in the healthcare sector preferred.
· Outstanding presentation and organizational skills.
