International Logistics Manager

Topps International is looking for a talented International Logistics Manager to join our team.  The role will work closely with Production teams and PSPs globally to plan and manage end to end logistics requirements. The International Logistics Manager will also closely work in collaboration with warehouse managers in Italy and UK and with the E-com team in understanding and managing end to end deliveries.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Logistics Management: Shipment coordination & follow-up in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing relationships with transportation companies- forwarders/FPOs
• Supporting management of logistics projects IT/non IT
• Managing export/import operations with carriers.
• Inventory management at all Topps International locations: Manage and report on stock availability.
• Capacity planning- translating volume to space.
• Following returns as and when required for both B2B/B2C
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (internal and external)
• Work on regular forecast for better resource and capacity planning 
• Additional responsibilities might come up in SC&L in line with business requirement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' planning experience within logistics & supply chain or another related field
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics , or equivalent work experience

within logistics, retail or eCommerce

• Advanced Excel capabilities; experience in planning tools would be highly advantageous
• Deep knowledge and understanding of supply chain planning methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation ability across all levels of the organization in order to drive and deliver meaningful change
• Self-starter with strong analytical and organizational skills as well as the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Goal oriented working style with an ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Ability to work autonomously with an innovative mindset and ‘can do’ attitude
• Proven track record of delivering planning and operational based KPI performance improvements
• Previous experience working for a start-up in the eCommerce, logistics or retail environment would be highly advantageous
