Spire Gatwick Park are seeking a hospitality manager to lead, drive, develop and manage a dynamic, passionate, hard-working team to deliver a customer focused, five-star experience to all Patients, Consultants and Colleagues at the hospital.
The Hospitality Manager will play an active role within the hospital management team, attending key meetings, contributing to the delivery of the Hospital strategy within the non-clinical team, controlling budget (including staff costs) and ensuing all policies and protocols are followed.
The role will suit someone that is a hands on chef looking for the next step up into a management role.
