This role could be based in either our Wythall , Telford, London or Edinburgh office working two days per week in the office. We recognise the benefits of flexible working and will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process.

The Role
We’re currently recruiting for a HR project manager to join our HR & Premises Change team to lead the design, planning & delivery of standalone projects or discrete work streams/projects within a larger project/programme.
There are a number of exciting projects for both HR and the organisation that need to be delivered this year and into next year. There is a real opportunity to drive impactful change that makes a real difference to our colleagues and the organisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesWhat are we looking for?
Experience in change delivery within a regulated environment
English Spoken
End to end Project delivery
Experience of Strategic workforce planning
Experience in HR change delivery
project management delivery of Oracle HCM modules
