This role could be based in either our Wythall or Edinburgh office working two to three days per week at home. We recognise the benefits of flexible working and will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process.

We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as Change Support Analyst to join our Finance Change Governance team.

The change support analyst role supports the planning and management of change impacting Finance, ensuring that change governance is operated and co-ordinated effectively.
Our team facilitates the implementation of the Finance Change Governance framework, including undertaking duties for various project fora: scheduling, minuting, following up actions, maintaining and reviewing records of governance activity, executing point to point controls to ensure that change activity follows the defined governance path and implementing exceptions processes where required.
