Job Responsibility:

• Address all customer queries received on Generic Mail ID for HF Customer Service Unit as per TAT
• Liaise with customers & stake holders for obtaining Information, necessary approvals & execution of agreements for AST’s transactions as per SOP.
•   Notify customers of the required process & TAT at all time & manage customer expectations and
• Ensure to always keep customer up to date regarding the status of their request.
• Ensure all audit recommendations, local regulatory requirements are complied with and the necessary process is in place to ensure compliance. 
• CSU and ensure to coordinate with team for resolution of complaints and handling of special projects per requirement.
• Address internal /external customer queries as per SLA.
• Comply with core Service Values & Group guidelines. Ensure Timely Delivery and accuracy of Work output. 
• Maintain MIS for customer attrition.
• Ensure less or zero number of errors responsible/Loss incurred

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor Graduate
• 4years of Banking experience out of which 2 years with Sales/Customer Services
