Preparing and reviewing indirect procurement contracts in collaboration with respective stakeholders.
Manage and deliver indirect procurement contracts in accordance with NMC Procurement policies.
Manage and mitigate financial, legal commercial and reputational risks.
Design commercial models including (not limited to) performance and financial
Assist the procurement team to re-evaluate indirect procurement contracts and decide to renew, terminate, or renegotiate the existing contract by a specific date.
Create, update and maintain accurate contractual administrative records for all the new and existing contractors and provide suggestion to improve it as in when needed
Ensure that the Changes in terms and conditions or scope of the contract is made only through a formal amendment Procedure.
Monitoring contractor’s progress and performance by ensuring goods/services are in compliance to contract requirements and to UAE laws
Assisting to team in budgeting and accounting processes to assure sufficient funds are available to pay contractor
Education and Certification:
Bachelor’s Degree - Business Administration or related fields. Master’s degree will be an advantage
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong commercial focus
Ability to think critically and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic would be advantages.
Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
Experience
6-7 years of experience working with contracts or a similar role, Healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage
