About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Manager - Spa to join Jumeirah Al Qasr Hotel.  

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all Talise Spa and Jumeirah Al Qasr’s hotel departmental policies, service procedures and standards
• Consistently contributing to a positive work environment. · Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and job skills, showing enthusiasm to always increase this knowledge and that of your associates. 
• To maintain company confidentiality, ensuring that business dealings within the organization are not discussed with outside parties. 
• Review Treatment and Service Booking, room assignments, guest profile and reservation notes. Balance treatment distribution for massage, facial and body treatments 
• Assist in the control & maintaining spa par levels for operational stocks.
• Conduct LQA and FTG Training for Talise Spa 
• Conduct mystery shop/audits of the services and brand service standards audits. 
• Ensure that the Spa’s cleanliness and image are in line with agreed standards and are reviewed with key associates regularly. 
• Evaluate performance on all guest service programs and develop programs that will improve performance. 
• Gather information to consistently update and upgrade service quality and educate self and associates.

About you:

Degree in a related field or equivalent vocational training certificate 

Minimum 5 years’ spa or wellness supervision experience in a luxury spa or Spa/Wellness facility. 

Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. 

Goal driven personality. · work with minimal supervision.  

Creative and proactive, thinking differently and developing new ways of working. 

Strong project management and organization skills 

Strong analytical ability · prioritize, organize and follow-up.
