About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Reservations Agent to join the team of Talise Spa in Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Adhere at all times to LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) and Forbes Travel Guide service standards meticulously.
• Implement sales strategies in line with the guidelines of Talise Spa to meet revenue targets.
• Offer comprehensive and precise information to internal and external guests on spa and other services, packages, promotions, treatments, and amenities.
• Ensure the accuracy of all reservation details when registering a reservation.
• Input group treatments and manage billing changes promptly upon receipt of the order.
• Customize and offer spa treatments based on guest preferences and special requests.
• Provide reservation, room packages, and arrival reports as requested to update guest records.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned, including running daily reports such as cancellation, booking, or consultation forms.
• Actively upsell and promote spa services to maximize treatment availability and treatment room utilization, enhancing the average treatment/guest visit.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with guests and other departments.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills..
• Proficient in English and a second language (Russian, Spanish, German, Arabic or French) would be an added advantage.
• Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in reservations or front desk operations, preferably within a luxury hotel.
