Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Sales Coordinator at DHE: DH Entertainment in this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

•           Responsible for the sales administration, control, and communication.

•           Ensures that all communication from sales office meets corporate standards.

•           Handles the Purchase Requisitions of the Sales Department, ensuring that tracking of items purchased are monitored and followed up on a regular basis.

•           Process and handles business trips (flight booking, accommodation, collaterals, and other necessary requirement for the trip).

•           Manages data filing system for the department.

•           Assist in retrieving production report for Corporate, GCC & Government and Leisure accounts using systems provided.

•           Provide ad hoc reports.

•           Assist the Sales team in preparing contracts and communication for both internal colleagues and external clients.

•           Ensuring that the contract tracking for all sales segments are well updated and communicated to relevant departments.

•           Ensure that all signed contracts are communicated to the hotel/resort’s Revenue Department for rate loading.

•           Conducts hotel/resort site inspection for clients in the absence of Sales Managers/Executive or when required. 

•           Establishes and maintains professionally effective communication within the whole Sales department and to supporting departments.

•           Coordinating with respective departments for VIPs, arrival details, amenities, special arrangement for in-house or visiting clients.

About you: 

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Hospitality/Entertainment background 
• 2 years in an administration role 
• Business-related degree
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office package)
• Strong administration skills 
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines 
• Experience with date analysis and interpretation
