The Opportunity:
We are looking for three Retail Catering Team Leaders to join our team.
We are recruiting for 3 Retail Catering Team Leaders for our restaurant in the new Edinburgh Futures Institute, due to open in late spring 2024. This is a very exciting opportunity to join us pre-opening and be involved in the business from the start. Based at the heart of the Meadows, in the beautifully renovated old Royal Infirmary, the operation will consist of a 60 cover, contemporary Scottish Brasserie, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner alongside a more informal Grab & Go takeaway offer served during the day. Reporting to the Catering Manager you will lead the team in both the restaurant and Grab & Go operation to deliver exceptional customer service and fantastic food. At the same time, supporting the catering manager in overseeing all aspects of the day to day running of the operation. This is a hands-on role; you will lead from the front inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards. To succeed in this role, you will have experience managing a similar high-street, high-volume restaurant operation.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week), on campus.
