Our Team

We are looking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team to take ownership of configuration, maintenance and enhancement of an existing Salesforce Platform supporting our sales and business operations. 


Key Responsibilities


Support day-to-day platform administration tasks such as updating permissions, troubleshooting/manual intervention on records, identifying applicable permission boundaries
Working on declarative development utilising Flows, custom objects, workflows, validation rules and security configuration
Collaborate with our sales and finance teams to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into scaleable solutions
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features and best practices, implementing optimisations to enhance platform performance and customer experience

 

Requirements


Bachelors degree in computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience
2 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) with 1 years experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, confident to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders
Energetic approach to work and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment
