Functional Responsibility

Analyzes and studies complex system requirements by utilizing research, discovery and development fundamentals. Designs software tools and subsystems to support software reutilization, domain analysis, and implementation management. Manages software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, CASE tools, or other accepted design techniques. Estimates software development schedules, reviews existing programs through RDT&E, and assists in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current techniques.

Minimum/General Experience

A minimum of eight (8 years) experience, of which at least three (3) years must be specialized. Specialized experience includes: IT systems analysis and programming. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently or under only general direction.

Minimum Education

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or other closely related scientific or technical discipline. With a Master's degree (in the fields described above)

IAT Level II Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+)

Microsoft SharePoint 2013 Level II: 8 years practical experience

Microsoft SharePoint 2016 Level II: 5 years practical experience

Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Level II: 5 years practical experience

Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 or higher Level II: 5 years practical experience

CSS3 Level II: 5 years practical experience

Ajax Level II: 3 years practical experience

XML Level II: 3 years practical experience

HTML Level II: 3 years practical experience

XSL Level II: 3 years practical experience

XSLT Level II: 3 years practical experience

JavaScript Level II: 3 years practical experience

View JS Level II: 3 years practical experience

Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Level II: 2 years practical experience

Microsoft SharePoint 2019 Level II: 2 years practical experience

Navy NWL Level II: 1 year practical experience

Navy FIMS Level II: 1 year practical experience

ALL Candidates must possess a minimum of a Secret Clearance.
