Contact Centre Agents (12 week contract)
Salary: £23,400 (£12 per Hour) + £250 Bonus at the end of your contract
Full Time and Part Time hours available

We’re looking for sales and customer experts to join our Insurance team who want to be part of our customer’s holiday journey - helping them find the best products and services that turn their travel dreams into a reality. We’re searching for diverse perspectives and big ideas from people who are curious and keen to learn!
The Role

Prior contact centre experience is not necessary although we’re ideally looking for people who:
FYI: there are targets associated with the role but you will be given all the training and support you need to help you achieve these.

Hours
We are currently looking for people who can work full time, 37.5 hours per week, fully flexible across our opening hours (Monday - Friday 9am-9pm & Saturday and Sunday 9am-5:30pm). We are also able to offer part time hours too.
You will need to be able to attend a 2 week full time induction. This is super important as it has been purpose built and designed to give you the knowledge and confidence you need to be successful in the role.
Rotas are given out 4 weeks in advance so you have plenty of time to plan ahead and enjoy your free time.
