7days Labs is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team at 7day Performance as a Logistics Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless coordination of all logistical operations, as well as providing exceptional valet services.
At 7days Labs, we are a leading company specialising in performance car raffles. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our customers and ensuring the smooth execution of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the logistics of vehicle delivery and transportation, ensuring timely and accurate preparation.
- Fitting splitter kits
- Inventory management, including receiving and verifying incoming vehicles, and preparing outgoing shipments / winner collections.
- Stock take, preparation and refill of merchandise, workshop products, detailing products & cleaning utensils
- Perform routine checks on vehicles, ensuring they are clean, fuelled, and in proper working condition.
- Administrative tasks such as V5C's
- Provide valet services to prepare cars for video and photography shoot.
- General work-room, show-room and compound cleaning & maintenance.
Requirements
- Prior experience in logistics or a similar role is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate various types of vehicles, including manual transmission.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
- Customer-service oriented mindset with a professional and courteous demeanor.
