Holiday Best Gulf, a leading travel company in Dubai, is searching for a motivated and results-oriented Outbound Travel Sales Head to join our dynamic team!

In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement successful sales plans and strategies for the outbound travel market in the UAE.
- Set ambitious sales targets and motivate your team (if applicable) to achieve them.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve.
- Identify and qualify potential clients, guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Foster strong and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their travel dreams become reality.
- Analyze sales data and generate insightful reports to optimize future sales efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and exciting new travel destinations.
Requirements
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales (travel industry experience a strong plus).
- A demonstrably successful track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Compelling presentation skills to effectively convey the value of your travel packages.
- A genuine passion for travel and exploring new destinations (experience with different destinations is a bonus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of a Content Management System (CMS).
- Experience managing travel business accounts, with a focus on securing corporate travel contracts (a plus).
- A deep understanding of the UAE travel market and its current trends.
- Prior experience working with clients in the UAE (experience in Dubai is a plus).
- A positive and results-oriented attitude with a drive to succeed.
