The Mission: You're a master of uncovering hidden potential within our client base. By building deep relationships and understanding evolving needs, you'll identify new opportunities for Brandwatch to deliver even greater value. Your strategic insights pave the way for increased adoption, renewals, and long-term client success.
What you will do:
- Know their world: Become intimately familiar with our clients' businesses, their industry landscape, and their strategic goals;
- Dig deeper for expansion: Have consultative conversations with new teams and regions to identify underutilised features, and anticipate how Brandwatch can solve emerging challenges;
- Build trust through value: Demonstrate a consultative mindset, showing clients how we can help them achieve more, not just upselling for the sake of it;
- Champion the client internally: Communicate their needs and goals across teams to ensure Brandwatch remains their go-to insights solution;
- Partnership in action: Collaborate with Account Managers to create seamless expansions that deliver an exceptional client experience.
