User Acquisition Specialist - PPC at capital.com

We focus on putting clients first, empowering them to make better trading decisions with intuitive technology, in-depth education and dedicated support.We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and motivated person to join our Growth team. As a User Acquisition Specialist, you will cooperate closely with such departments as Marketing Analytics, Creative, Content and Product.
Responsibilities:
- Manage significant digital marketing budgets across Paid Search on Google and Microsoft
- Help define strategy within the specified channel and areas of responsibility
- Onboarding and testing of new acquisition channels across web and mobile
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable reporting on performance marketing activities to senior management and other stakeholders
- Contribute into optimisation of conversion funnel to drive better ROI
- Work closely with creative teams with a test and learn approach to help drive creative excellence
- Manage relationships with partners
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Paid Search
- High level of expertise and proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Be highly data driven and be able to work autonomously to high level goals
- Good working knowledge of Firebase and Appsflyer
- In-depth knowledge of attribution models across mobile and web
- Understanding of web tracking and what makes a good landing page
- Have very strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
