Job Description

We are in search of an experienced workplace professional to bolster our portfolio. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in creating and overseeing programs that enhance our teams' productivity and well-being. Your innate creativity and problem-solving skills will drive the development of innovative solutions. You possess a deep appreciation for harmonizing aesthetics with functionality, recognizing that even the minutest details contribute to the extraordinary character of our offices. Exceptional customer service is your hallmark, as you dedicate yourself to empowering our employees with the resources they need to excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, implement, and manage office programs and operations to cater to the unique requirements of our local teams.

  • Craft an exceptional office experience for all visitors, including candidates and guests, ensuring their time in our spaces is truly remarkable.

  • Curate and oversee local team events and activities, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and connection among colleagues and with our products.

  • Engage in cross-functional collaborations, contributing your insights to projects that shape and evolve the cultural fabric of our workspaces.

  • Advocate for our stakeholders by effectively representing customer perspectives and feedback during capital projects, program enhancements, and discussions on relocations or renewals.

  • Exercise budget management and reconciliation to ensure optimal financial utilization.

  • Develop tailored programs that facilitate interconnection among Blocks and their respective communities.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Culinary, IT, Trust & Safety, Facilities, Events, AV, etc.) to streamline office functionalities and event execution.

  • Collaborate with our Center of Excellence (CoE) team to foster a cohesive global workplace experience program.

  • Cultivate meaningful bonds and memorable experiences for employees, prospective candidates, and visitors.

  • Frequently communicate with building occupants to inform them of planned events or activities.

  • Foster trusted relationships with local teams, site leaders, and partners.

  • Oversee the work order queue, ensuring prompt resolution of workplace tickets in adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Design inspiring, immersive, and purpose-driven experiences that align with our company's mission of economic empowerment.

  • Be prepared to jump in and assist whenever necessary, maintaining a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional service.

  • Collaborate and connect with Workplace Experience Managers across the global network.

  • Conduct site audits to verify vendors' compliance with defined scope.

  • Work with building management as necessary to ensure additional services are being provided as expected.

Qualifications

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Over 5 years of experience in workplace management, event coordination, employee experience, or relevant roles.

  • Demonstrated leadership acumen, with a knack for identifying challenges and recommending effective solutions.

  • Aptitude for both independent work and cross-functional leadership, driving teams towards shared project objectives.

  • Confidence in communicating with senior leadership and team leads.

  • Highly adaptive and handles change with composure and enthusiasm.

  • Adept collaborator with partner organizations, adaptable to leading or contributing as needed to accomplish goals.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Robust financial and operational prowess.

  • Strong sense of urgency coupled with impeccable follow-through.

  • Capacity to strategically accept and deliver feedback, contributing to continuous improvement.

  • Proven event management and vendor oversight experience.
