Job Description

We're looking for a Contingent Workforce Lead to coordinate and control a segment of Wood Mackenzie’s flexible workforce. You will report to our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and, as well as being part our existing TA team, you will collaborate with our wider HR division, finance, procurement and the third parties we partner with to maintain an efficient, compliant service.

Main Responsibilities

This is an individual contributor role working with key stakeholders to provide an end to end contractor/contingent worker service, delivering on real time needs as well as pipeline requirements. You will utilize the latest HR & ATS technology to ensure an effective and compliant process.  Your key responsibilities will be:

Controlling contingent worker supplier status and performance 

Supporting new requisitions – SOW review, req creation, budget and cost centre alignment, manager engagement, updating plans, assessing IR35 status

Delivery – supplier engagement, support adherence to SLA's and the process, filter applications, facilitate interviews and offers

Leading compliance of onboarding standards, collation of documentation and audit

Qdos administrator duties - coordinate manager access, ensure ltd co assessments are completed, renewals

Process contract extensions and terminations 

Risk & Issue management 

Reporting on performance, cost, quality, diversity

Qualifications

About You

You have proven coordination, delivery, stakeholder management and communications skills.

You will have an awareness of contractor working practices, terminology, contract standards and regulations.

You will have experience of working on multiple ATS or HCS software solutions and working in a data driven environment.

You will be comfortable operating across multiple geographies and be capable of working as part of a global virtual team, providing seamless stakeholder engagement.

You will have gained experience of contract/contingent management in an in-house TA team or an embedded managed service and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

You are an established contingent/contract recruitment specialist who has experience managing flexible workforce demands

You are passionate about what you do, and the consistent high quality of your work makes you stand out amongst your peers. 

You have strong attention to detail and strive to optimize processes to create efficiencies. 

You are energized by asking questions and thinking creatively to develop innovative solutions. 

Your influencing and flexible engagement style make you a vital part of the growth & success of the company

 

Expectations

  • We are a hybrid working company and the successful applicant will be expected to be physically present in the office at least 2 days per week to foster and contribute to a collaborative environment, but this may be subject to change in the future.
  • While this is expected to be a full-time role, part-time or flexible working arrangements will be considered.
