The role will focus on managing, retaining and growing relationships with clients through a variety of mechanisms, e.g. phone and web based solutions and in person meetings. The successful candidate will also ultimately be expected to recognise upsell and cross selling opportunities within these accounts for both subscription and ad hoc advisory services and work with the wider Sales, Marketing, Client Success and Consulting teams to realise these opportunities.
The position will be largely office-based with travel to strategic client offices and attending Maplecroft or industry events. Verisk Maplecroft works on a hybrid home-office model and requires presence two days a week in the office.
