Job Description
Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is a cosmetics company and was founded in 2013 by Charlotte Tilbury, a British makeup artist who is also CEO. It is a bold brand, that is growing across the world, and we are joining them along this journey.
Their marketing strategy is bold and grand, aways including Charlotte’s famous clients. Having great recognition worldwide.
Their journey is only beginning, and as their partners we have the opportunity to grow with them!
This an exciting role where you will continue to learn about the workings of a global media account including an understanding of media planning, strategy, and digital disciplines. Having cut your teeth in your discipline you now take on the smaller briefs in your team from start to finish. You will have the ongoing support of your line manager, but you can manage 80% of it by yourself.
- Support the campaign planning process for EMEA markets.
- Assist the Account director, with planning and implementation of campaigns across EMEA markets
- Responsible for the running and setting up of all meetings and input on supporting documents
- With clients, you will interact with the Global, EMEA and UK media and Marketing teams. It’s critical that you can successfully engage with clients of different levels, expertise, and backgrounds
- Take an active approach to motivating, developing and managing your executive
- Actively participate in the major briefs, helping with information gathering, insight generation and ideas which will help add value to our response and client’s business
Qualifications
- Good attention to detail
- A confident communicator, able to come across clearly and succinctly in email, calls, and presentations
- Organised and able to prioritise, handle multiple tasks and projects
- Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint capabilities to create reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and analysis

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
