Publicis Media Luxe is a bespoke agency solution in all of 20 markets in Europe and North America, set up to best serve LVMH. Publicis Media Luxe (PML) central team sits within Zenith Global.
We are looking for an accomplished Digital Associate Director to join our team.
The role will have a particular focus on delivering excellent full funnel strategies.
- Work with the wider PML Central team on thought leadership and global digital guidelines for key Campaigns
- Lead digital planning and work closely with digital hub for implementation across biddable channels for key Maisons
- Lead the creation of QBRs and PCAs for centralised campaigns
- Develop strong relationship with digital team across the markets to become key POC on digital questions
- Help markets deliver greater output by reviewing digital and performance strategy when required
- Develop, share and reapply best in class approaches & provide client case studies specifically related to digital
- Achieves in depth understanding of client business objectives and priorities and how to achieve them.

Qualifications
- Experience in planning, activating and reporting digital campaigns in Social or programmatic. Search experience is an advantage.
- Great client management skills with clear communication skills
- Used to dealing with clients who are experts in performance and branding media.
- Excellent presentation skills who can present complex and technical digital topics in a clear and concise manner to those in non-technical roles
- Hands-on approach is required to align a deep understanding of LVMH process and philosophy
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Keen attention to detail and an analytical approach to achieving objectives
- Experience in using tools as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager
- French speaking an advantage
