Are you a detail-oriented individual who thrives on planning and navigating potential risks? We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team in London. In this hybrid role, you'll collaborate closely with our Global Tech client, driving projects forward and ensuring seamless execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, track, and manage global project plans, scopes, and timelines for large integrated CRM email campaigns.
- Lead end-to-end production of regional CRM emails, coordinating with global production teams and creative agencies, and managing localization and validation processes across multiple markets.
- Play a key role in CRM reporting and analytics, including developing testing strategies, identifying A/B testing opportunities, and capturing post-campaign learnings.
- Manage CRM process and operations, driving efficiency improvements and addressing issues with innovative solutions.
- Keep the working team on track throughout projects, updating statuses and driving progress through effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist the Account Team in managing client relationships, preparing for meetings, and communicating project statuses and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Experience managing global projects involving Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a keen ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and develop detailed work plans.
- Global experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with localization processes and building scalable processes in a global organization.
- Interest in hardware and broader tech trends.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities, with a high attention to detail and a proactive, accountable mindset.
